How are shipping rates calculated?

Shipping within the United States and it's territories has a flat rate of $5.99 USD. Domestic orders over $50 USD are eligible for free shipping!

 

How do I track the delivery of my order? 

Yay, you are so close to be IN! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your package’s journey to you. If you have an account with us, you can also access the tracking number for your order there, once it becomes available. You can locate this information under your Account Details, where your full order history is accessible.

I didn't receive my tracking number, where do I get mine?

My item is lost in the mail, what do I do? 

We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping. You are responsible for your order if you enter the wrong shipping address.

 

Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes, with a few exceptions. You can proceed to the checkout and our system will let you know.

 

When will my order arrive?

Your order is packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase.

  • Average delivery time for Puerto Rico orders is 1-3 business days.
  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days
  • Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days.
